44th Annual International Armed Forces Chili Cook-Off. TOLBERT. Benefits: Goodfellow Airmen. Location: Goodfellow Rec Camp, 1950 S Concho Dr. Open to Active Duty & Retired Military and DOD Civilians. Top 3 chili and top showmanship (if done) winners qualify for the 2018 Tolbert's Terlingua Championship. Three live bands throughout the day. Car/Motorcycle starts at 10 with a Car Celebrity. Prize money for People's Choice Brisket ($500) and Anything Goes Chili ($200). All cooks should be in place by 8AM the day of the cookoff. The cookoff counts like a regional qualifier for the 2017-2018 chili year, with the top three winners qualified to compete in the Saturday Championship and 4th thru 10th winners receive 2 points.
