10am - Texas Authors' Tent - We are excited to have a group of Texas Authors with us this year!
10:30am - Show Team Captains' Meeting (instructions)

High Noon -- Chili Turn-in Time - -

Turn-in Time for the 50th Annual Chili Championship

12:30pm - It's SHOW TIME ... Show judging will be on a continuing basis until 2:30 p.m.
4pm - Award Announcements
